Fluoxetine

Usage

Side Effects

Drug Interactions
Certain medications if taken along with this medicine may result in serious or even fatal, drug interactions. Avoid taking MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, isocarboxazid, linezolid, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within 2 weeks. Also, avoid consumption of thioridazine within 5 weeks, before or after treatment with this medicine.

Lansoprazole

Lansoprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor, extensively used in the treatment of ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and conditions where the stomach tends to produce excess acid, such as the Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Lansoprazole is also used in combination with certain other medications for the elimination of H. Pylori - bacteria, which causes ulcers. Lansoprazole functions through decreasing acid amount in the stomach.

It is available in long-acting, delayed-release capsule and as granules used in the formation of delayed-release solutions (liquid) for oral intake. It is usually taken once a day, before meals. If taken in combination with certain other medications, the dosage goes up to twice a day or three times a day.

Ranitidine

Metformin (Systemic)

Metformin (met-FOR-min) is used in the treating of a type of diabetes mellitus (sugar diabetes) called type 2 diabetes.
