Fluoxetine Tablet

It is an anti-Depressant medicine used for the treatment of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, panic disorder, and bulimia (binge eating and purging). It is also used in the treatment of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), symptoms of which occur within the week or two before a woman's menstrual period, the symptoms include irritability, mood swings, and tension as well as the physical symptoms of bloating and breast tenderness.

Fluoxetine Hydrochloride (Equivalent to 10 mg., 20 mg. & 40 mg. of Fluoxetine)

Usage:

It is to be consumed orally & usually once a day, with or without food; or as directed by the doctor.

Side Effects:

It may cause few side effects including; Nausea, headache, trouble sleeping, dry mouth, drowsiness, sweating, upset stomach & few more. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor immediately & ask for assistance.

Medical Precautions:

• Inform your doctor about your medical history, especially of any liver problems, kidney disease, seizures, heart problems, diabetes, any allergies that you have or may ever had.
• This drug may cause dizziness or drowsiness, therefore drive & handle any kind of machinery with caution.

Ranitidine Tablet works as H2 blocker, which is used in treating ulcers; gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and to relieve conditions where the stomach produces excess acid including Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Generic Ranitidine is used in preventing and relieving the symptoms of heartburn, which are associated with acid indigestion and upset stomach. Ranitidine functions through decreasing the formulation of acid formed in the stomach. Available in effervescent tablet and syrup form, ranitidine can be taken orally. Usually taken once or 2 to 4 times in a day. If for preventing symptoms, it is to be taken an hour before intake of food. Over-the-counter ranitidine is not to be consumed for any longer durations than two weeks, unless prescribed otherwise by your doctor.

At some point of time, there is a possibility that this medicine may stop working and your blood glucose will increase. If this happens, instead of taking more of this medicine, consult your doctor, as they may prescribe some other anti-diabetic medicine to you. If even that one does not lower the blood glucose level, then the doctor may have to opt for insulin injections, in order to create the right balance. Metformin does not help patients that are insulin-dependent or have type 1 diabetes, because they can not produce insulin from their pancreas gland.
